What is Cryptos?

Cryptocurrencies are a form of digital or virtual currency that can be used to purchase goods, exchange for other cryptocurrencies, or be traded in the form of contracts for difference on platforms such as DCFX. When trading CFDs on cryptocurrencies, you are effectively speculating on the price movement of the reference instrument.

Transaction Terms and Conditions

  • 1. Each transaction will be given a bid price with spread based on live market price.
  • 2. Hectic market is the condition when market prices movement is being very volatile and uncertain. In this case, spread will be adjusted based on price movement as quotation provided by the liquidity provider. What is meant by hectic condition if fulfilled by one of condition below:
    a. Bid or offer only one side.
    b. Spread between bid and offer is more than the normal spread provided by liquid provider.
    c. Political news, economic news, terrorism,natural disaster, etc. could make prices more hectic then as usual.
  • 3. When hectic market, the ability to transact may be disrupted if the banks and market makers getting slow and do not set the prices, the company has a right to make spread widen according to market condition.
  • 4. Each transaction will be limited by maximum 20 lots.

Wrong Quote

If there is a price error (wrong quote) on the system, the company has the right to cancel the transaction that occurs with or without the consent of the customer.

Important

Swaps values may be adjusted daily based on market conditions and rates provided by our Price Provider applicable to all open positions. Triple swaps are applied every Friday.
Server Times: Winter: GMT+2 and Summer: GMT+3 (DST) (last Sunday of March and ends last Sunday of October).
During the time period from 23:55 to 00:05 server time widened spreads and low liquidity can take place due to daily bank rollover. In case of inadequate liquidity/spreads during bank rollover, widened spreads and excessive slippage may occur. Therefore orders may not be executed during these times.
